Divine Crystals values the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal information shared through our website www.divincrystals.com.
Information we collect
Alongside the details described above, we collect and store the following when you use our astrology services, on the website or in the Divin Crystals mobile app:
- Your account — name, email address, mobile number and, if you sign in with Google or Facebook, the basic profile that service shares with us. Your password is stored only as an irreversible hash.
- Orders and delivery — billing and delivery addresses, what you ordered, and a record of each payment (amount, date and the reference number our payment provider returns). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; those are entered on the payment provider's own page.
- Birth details — the name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth you enter for a kundli, for yourself or for a family member, together with the chart and report generated from them.
- Consultations — the messages and any files or photographs you send in a chat consultation, and, for audio and video consultations, the time, duration and amount charged. We do not record audio or video calls.
- Your wallet — recharges, deductions and the balance.
- Notifications — a device token issued by Google or by the app store's notification service, so we can alert you when an astrologer answers. It identifies the app on your device, not you personally, and it is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
- Reports you make — if you report a message or an astrologer, we keep what you reported, the reason you gave and a copy of the message concerned, so our team can review it.
Who we share it with
We share only what a service needs in order to do its job for you:
- Astrologers — an astrologer you consult sees your name, your messages, and the birth details you choose to share in that consultation.
- Payments — our payment provider, to take the payment and to process refunds.
- Delivery — our courier and logistics partner, to deliver your order.
- Messaging — our SMS and WhatsApp providers, to send the one-time code that signs you in.
- Notifications — Google's and the app store's notification services, to deliver alerts to your device.
- Chart calculation and written reports — the birth details you enter are sent to an astrology-calculation service and to a language-model provider in order to produce your chart and its written report. They are sent for that calculation only.
We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our astrologers or ourselves from fraud, abuse or harm.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices, payments and wallet history are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you close your account. They include the name and address printed on the order.
- Birth details and saved kundlis are kept until you delete them, or until you delete your account, whichever comes first.
- Consultation messages are kept so that you and the astrologer can both refer back to the conversation.
- Reports are kept after review, so that a repeated pattern of behaviour can be recognised.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Account → Delete account in the app, or at divincrystals.com/account/delete. You do not need to be signed in to read that page, and you do not need to contact us first.
When you delete your account:
- any consultation still running is ended first, so nothing keeps charging;
- your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses are removed from your account, and the account can no longer be signed in to;
- your birth details and saved kundlis are deleted;
- the messages you sent in consultations are erased from the conversation;
- any balance left in your wallet is forfeited — the amount is shown to you before you confirm, so please spend or ignore it knowingly;
- your orders, invoices and payment records are kept, as described above, because we are required to keep them.
Blocking an astrologer
You can block an astrologer from the chat screen or from Account → Blocked astrologers. While an astrologer is blocked, they no longer appear in your list, you cannot be connected to them, and they cannot send you notifications. You can unblock them at any time.
Your choices
- You can see and correct your details at any time from your profile.
- You can turn notifications off on your device, or from the app's settings.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us at the address on our Contact page.
Use of Information
The information collected is used to:
• Process and deliver orders
• Provide customer support
• Improve our website services
• Communicate order updates and promotional information
Payment Security
All payment transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateway providers. Divine Crystals does not store sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve browsing experience, track website traffic, and personalize content.
Information Protection
We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except for order processing and legal compliance.
